Love Kids Photography collects, holds and uses your personal information where it is reasonably necessary for the purposes of:
providing you personalised photography services and photography products, including processing your orders or applications and dealing with requests, enquiries or complaints and other customer care related activities.
We keep your information whilst our service is being carried out and then we archive your information for 12 months, after which it is destroyed. The reason we keep your information for this duration is in the case that you would like to make a further order with us.
How does Love Kids Photography collect personal information?
Love Kids Photography collects your personal information directly from you when an enquiry is made about one of our services, or when you provide it whilst engaging in our services.
How do we store your information?
Love Kids Photography holds personal information in both hard copy and electronic forms in secure databases on secure premises, accessible only by authorised staff.
Any paperwork with your information on is stored in a locked cabinet for a 12-month duration.
Love Kids Photography holds a secure database of email address' from clients that have consented. We use this database to keep clients informed of when and where our Pop-up days are happening. Clients can opt out of this database at any time.
Do we store images?
We do store images from shoots, but as we have limited storage space on our servers they are deleted after a 12 month period. Images are stored on secure and password locked computers and servers.
Do we use your images for promotion?
Your images may be used to promote our services ONLY if you give consent for us to do so.
