We’re Gemma and Lisa — two professional photographers (and mums!) with over 40 years of combined experience in portrait photography, specialising in working with children. We love what we do and have been running Love Kids Photography together for 14 years.

As a local company, we’re passionate about building lasting, trusting relationships with the schools and nurseries we work with.

Child-Centred Approach

We value our time with each child and care about ensuring they feel comfortable to get the best portraits they can. We are therefore not in and out of your setting within a couple of hours. We are passionate about individuality and getting portraits that reflect each child's character. Children enjoy having their photos taken with us. They get to know us and it becomes an event they look forward to.

Parents are blown away by the portraits we take of their children on their academic journey and feedback, always reflects this. We believe conveyer belt school photography should be a thing of the past. 

Hassle-Free for You

Delivering a professional service is of upmost importance to us and we have systems that have allowed us to vastly reduce school admin. Contact sheets are given to the children on the photo day with all the details that parents need to view and purchase their photographs. All ordering is done online directly with us. We are Advanced DBS checked and Safeguard trained.

Generous Commission

Our commission is very competitive because the parents love the photographs and we receive good orders. Once the order cut-off date is reached commission is paid promptly.
